Kundalini Shakti Sādhana – A 7-Day Traditional Kundalini Yoga Retreat
With Prof. Yogini Anamika
Open Dates
Kundalini Yoga is one of the most profound paths within the yogic tradition. Rather than seeking extraordinary experiences, it invites us to cultivate awareness, balance prāṇa (vital energy), and prepare the body and mind for deeper states of meditation. The Sanskrit word Shakti means divine energy — the creative force present within every individual. Through consistent practice, disciplined living, mantra, breath awareness, meditation, and self-reflection, we begin to experience greater clarity, inner stability, and a deeper connection with ourselves.
This seven-day retreat is inspired by the traditional teachings of the Bihar School of Yoga and the guidance of the author’s Guru, Swami Samarpan Saraswati, informed by the teachings of Swami Satyananda Saraswati and Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati, offered with respect for the authentic yogic tradition.
Progressive practices include:
Traditional Hatha Yoga
Prāṇāyāma
Mantra Chanting
Chakra Awareness
Yoga Nidra
Guided Meditation
Karma Yoga (Selfless Service)
Satsang and Yogic Philosophy
Fire Ceremony (Havan)
Silence and Self-Reflection
The purpose of this retreat is not to force or promise a Kundalini awakening, but to establish a strong foundation through traditional yogic practices. Every individual progresses at their own pace, and all sessions are offered with care, respect, and awareness of each participant’s experience.
Who Is This Retreat For?
Yoga practitioners wishing to deepen their practice
Meditation practitioners
Yoga teachers and teacher trainees

Closing line: “Shakti Sādhana is not about chasing extraordinary experiences — it is about cultivating steadiness, awareness, and inner transformation through the timeless practices of traditional yoga.”
